November Club Project

And this little guy is just so cute, I can't stand it!  My friend Mary sent me a video HERE to see how to make a telescoping card. This fancy fold was our technique this month.  I knew I wanted to make a snowman because of the shape, so I looked around for ideas.  I found this one at Laurie Randolph's site and fell in love with him!  I couldn't seem to get the snowflake to not take over the whole hat, so I opted for holly instead.  Laurie must have used larger circles than I did.  I also changed the hat because no matter how I tried, it just looked like a leprechaun to me, lol.  I'm very pleased with the turn out.  The club members were, too!

This is how he looks 'closed' so he can fit in the envelope for mailing.
And this is how he looks when opened!  Cute, huh?
